Coordinated care

To provide the best care from the moment a 911 call is received until a hospital team takes over, Gold Cross Ambulance works closely with 28 emergency medical responder agencies in the region and seven local hospitals.

Our close alignment and coordination allows Gold Cross Ambulance to provide the most appropriate pre-hospital care and ensures a smooth transition from our care to hospital care. Our paramedics are experts in trauma, stroke and heart care – and everything in between. We work closely with clinical specialists like neurologists and cardiologists to expertly provide pre-hospital care that prepares patients for a streamlined transition upon arrival at the hospital.

Hospital Partners

Our hospital partners include three Ascension Wisconsin hospitals and four ThedaCare hospitals located throughout our 1,200 square mile regional service area.
