The Education Team at Gold Cross Ambulance provides high-quality training in emergency medical care to businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and community groups. Because medical emergencies can occur at any time, proactive training helps individuals respond confidently when it matters most.
Our courses are designed to equip employees and volunteers with the knowledge and skills needed to assess emergency situations and respond quickly and effectively.
We offer standard T-E-A-M training classes in:
- CPR and AED use
- First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens
- Oxygen Administration
Each student receives a training manual for future reference as well as a certification card upon successful completion of the course. All certifications are valid for two years.
Our training programs can also be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization, allowing you to build a program that best fits your staff, volunteers, and operational environment.
In addition, we provide guidance on the placement of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) within your facility and assist with ongoing maintenance, including ensuring that AED batteries and electrode pads remain current and ready for use.
