Cross Ambulance provides paramedic level treatment on scene. Our primary
service area is approximately 954 square miles throughout portions of
Outagamie, Winnebago and Calumet counties, serving approximately 240,000
people. Each year crews respond to approximately 13,000 calls.
Eight units are staffed during the day hours and five at night. Five
of those units work a 24-hour shift with the other three working twelve
hours and nine hours during the peak call times, assuring we meet our
response time criteria.
