Our Coverage of the Fox Valley Area

Gold Cross Ambulance provides paramedic level treatment on scene. Our primary service area is approximately 950 square miles throughout portions of Outagamie, Winnebago and Calumet counties, serving approximately 240,000 people. Each year crews respond to approximately 15,000 calls.

In addition, we provide management expertise to Brillion Ambulance Service in Brillion, Calumet Medical Center Ambulance in Chilton, New London Family Medical Center Ambulance in New London and N.E.W. Para-Medic Rescue, Inc., in Pulaski.

Our service in the Fox Valley has nine units that are staffed during the day hours and five at night. Five of those units work a 24-hour shift with the other four working twelve hours and nine hours during the peak call times, assuring we meet our response time criteria.
